Computer cut patterns
We have invested in the latest technology for the automotive window tinting industry. A plotter and computer software is used to cut the window patterns this means a knife does not touch the car which eliminates the risk of scratching the glass, paint and cutting the rubber gaskets,The computer-cut technique not only ensures a perfect fit and cleaner look, but also avoids the risk of damage to your vehicle.
How solar window film is applied
The process is simple, first the exterior and interior of the windows are cleaned and then a small manufacturer sticker is applied on each window, this is required by law for the ITV test, then we select the vehicle make and model on our computer software and cut the patterns on a plotter. The patterns are placed on the outside of the windows and a heat gun is used to shrink the film so it conforms and takes shape to the curvature of the glass. Cleaning the windows thoroughly again and installing the film on the inside of the glass using soapy water so the film can manoeuvre into place making sure of no light gaps. Using a squeegee to extract the soapy water between the film and the glass tacking the film to the window creating a strong adhesive bond. finally cleaning the windows again making sure no fingerprint marks have been left behind for a quality showroom finish.
